    Wood River Tennoning Jig

I liked the jig but could not align it to my saw blade. I checked the blade to saw table channel and it was within a 1/100th of an inch on both sides of the blade, but could not get the jig face to align parallel to it (it was out 1/16th of an inch front to back). The instruction book says there is a way to adjust the jig but it doesn't work. I called tech support at Wood River but he agreed there is now way to adjust it. This is the second jig they sent me (the first one wouldn't align to the blade either) He advised me to send it back again and they would refund my money. Wood River was very nice to deal with and wanted to be helpful. The jig was very robust and had the features I was looking for.

    A fix for wobbling

Haven't had a chance to cut anything, and it wouldn't matter if I did, as I've never owned a tenoning jig before, but this does seem pretty nice. When I put the jig in the miter slot on my Shop Fox W1851 table saw, the jig wobbled from side to side. I took the jig out and removed the washers between the miter bar and the two discs that hold the jig from jumping out of the miter slot. The jig was rocking on those two discs, and with them now closer to the miter bar, the jig doesn't wobble any more. I do wish there were adjustment screws on the sides of the miter bar to take out the yaw wobble, but it's not too bad.

    Exellent Tenoning Jig

Excellent, solid product for tenon's or the like. It weights a ton and has absolutely no wobble or movement side-to-side. Cuts tenons vertically nicely and safely. I little strange that the assembly manual is written looking from the back of the saw, but that's easily addressed - flip if around.
